My son has trouble tying his shoelaces. He's 10 now, so it's a bit difficult to find shoes without laces, and most of them look childish (he says). They're perfect for older kids trying to avoid traditional laces. They are very easy to put on and take off and they look really good on him. These are now his favorite shoes! I will definitely buy a size up when I grow up. Very happy with this purchase.
