I have a normal sized head. Just a plain old head. I've never had a problem with a "chunky oversized" hat being too small. I think I got brain damage just for trying it on when it arrived. It's very cute, I agree, but wow, it's very crowded. I'm going to put it on a volleyball this weekend and see if it stretches a bit; Otherwise it will be sent to the SPCA thrift store. (AND NO, my head isn't as big as a volleyball. ;-)
