Disappointing Poultry Shears: Not Worth The Purchase

As a hesitant buyer, I was disappointed with my purchase of these scissors for use in my home and kitchen. As a result of my tests, I determined that these shears are not reliable for evisceration of poultry..

Pros

The scissors are well-made and feel sturdy in the hand.

Cons

They do not cut smoothly through flesh, and they became dull very quickly. Overall, I do not recommend these shears for anyone in need of a reliable tool for cutting poultry.
