Review on Handheld Spiralizer Vegetable Slicer Veggie by Shawn Martin

I love my vegetables, but I always thought it was too much to spiralize them. But when reckless zucchini and yellow squash started appearing in my normally dysfunctional garden, I had to find another way to take advantage of the unexpected abundance, and I succumbed to the spiralizer. It arrived last night and I used it straight away. The instructions on the box are in small print and require some squinting to read, but I played around with all the different settings which were very easy to set up and everything worked great. I couldn't believe how easy it was to use this gadget to spiralize and ribbon zucchini. No problem. In no time I had a huge bowl of Zoodles. Having never done this before I now had to google what to do with it and decided to fry them. Well, the zippers are by no means a substitute for pasta in my eyes, but they were good nonetheless. And so nice to cut! I look forward to using this on potatoes for hash browns, french fries, carrots and anything else I could put in there and shape into fun thin shapes! Easy to use, easy to clean, fun to play with. It's worth it!
