Shortly after I received this, within a few weeks, the characters quickly became repetitive no matter what program I was using. Suddenly the sign was repeated 20-30 times. Sometimes I had to press escape to stop it. It's not just letters and numbers, though. Sometimes it's the delete key. You are writing and suddenly notice that a paragraph is missing. I contacted Amazon and they reset me but that didn't help. They said the next step would be to contact the manufacturer about the warranty as all the testing took me beyond the time I could return the keyboard. Instead of going through everything, I just threw it away. I no longer have to waste my time jumping through hoops to replace a $25 keyboard and maybe get another one with the same problem.
