Review on Carlisle LD350N03 Cateraide Poly Insulated Container by Rudy Santos

I own a restaurant and own a number of commercial kitchen appliances. Sometimes I have a new favorite - this is it. I used mine for the first time last night and was amazed at how well they keep you warm. There's a point though - they don't hold 3.5 gallons. I wonder if that's a typo? I made 6 gallons. soup and only managed to fit 5 between two units. No big deal, just something to remember. Excellent goods. I am very happy.
