The ONLY downside is the alarm and clock are SUPER difficult to set up. I'm usually the one my family goes to to set up the electronics. It took me forever to understand that. Other than that, I love this business. The lights are great. Although I wish they were lighter. But the tone is all that matters. Good, consistent sound throughout the house. (I live in a townhouse). It's a good device, but the alarm clock is stupid.
