Very flattering. I have large breasts and a bra size 38DD. I'm 5'5" and 185 pounds. The ruching on the sides hides an unflattering curve, but they can also be made into a longer upper. Looks great with my bikini bottoms. The zipper is tight but comfortable on my chest .I love this piece so much I highly recommend it.By the way I ordered the size Large.
