I bought this to start collecting beads without spending too much on something I've never done before and it's a lot better than I expected. I've made about 10 video game sprites so far and the spheres have melted evenly, not too fast not too slow, and they stick together really well. It also includes all the primary colors you need, a few different shades of most of them, and even some glow-in-the-dark colors. Obviously the seller can't offer all the colors in one set, but it's more than enough to get you started and create some truly amazing designs. and the colors are all of excellent quality. The added beats are great too. It has two tweezers, two molds for beads, a couple of key rings, brushes and other crafting tools, and of course there are clothespins in the kit. I only use a square overlay and an octagonal overlay, but flowers, hearts, etc. are great if you want to create these designs. My wife has used a few of these since we made it a couple's hobby. The included templates are simple templates to help you with 3D projects and generally get you started, but the real fun comes when you create your own designs or play with 2D sprites. If I had one complaint it would be that the case doesn't hold up very well but I just kept all my beads in the zips and pulled them out as needed so I didn't have any spillage issues. and I really don't care. Don't carry it by the handle.
