I really like these headphones. Good price, very loud, nice bass etc. But the same thing happened to me when another reviewer wrote that the earbud had detached from the device and was just dangling. Apparently they use cheap plastic to hold the pieces together where the liners fold and unfold. I went to get the headphones and when I looked at them, one side was just hanging out there. After seeing how poor their customer service was and that it wasn't covered under warranty I decided to just throw them away. When they came in the mail I let my mum try them out and now she wants a pair of over-ear bluetooth headphones so she can watch her Netflix shows from her laptop as the Apple earbuds get uncomfortable after a while . Long story short I will not buy them for them and I will not recommend them to anyone due to poor customer service response to a known defect.
