It is very difficult to adjust the stand exactly vertically or horizontally.

Hard to figure out how to open the case to put in an iPad. I finally figured it out, but there are no instructions in the box or on the web. The swivel stand is a good idea, but the wrist strap gets in the way of comfortable use. Also, it's difficult to get the stand into a position where the iPad is stable in both portrait and landscape modes - the stand doesn't snap into place either vertically or horizontally.
