I've been using it every day for about a month and LOVE it! They are very bright (even brighter than the photos) and have both constant and flashing light. I've found that they sometimes come loose while running, so I just wear them on my wrist. They are perfect for jogging or walking in the dark. They are also ideal for children on evening outings. They're rechargeable, so you don't have to worry about replacing expensive small batteries. Not sure how long the charge will last - I've never had either one and pop them into the charger about once a week. Fantastic purchase and highly recommended. I will be ordering more sets so each member of my family will have their own "bracelet lantern" to walk around with as the days get shorter.
