The laptop worked great for the first week. It ended up going downhill, and fast. I would have to constantly change the clock, which would disrupt the correct operation of many applications or not work at all. I also noticed that my webcam is not working. I asked support if I could get a replacement laptop and they gave me a website to help me fix it myself. That does not work. In addition, the computer began to die very quickly, even after a full charge. I also didn't start automatically even though the charger was connected. I had to press the start button almost endlessly for it to turn on. At some point it just wouldn't turn on anymore, even though the charger was connected. It's completely dead. Apple says it should turn itself off when the charger is plugged in if it's a battery issue, so there's definitely something wrong with it and it would cost over $400 to fix. I'm totally lost. It didn't even last a year.
