Great value for money with adequate protection. We didn't test the waterproofing, but it seems to keep it warm enough for evening walks in the North Wind in the Texas winter. The loop hole for the harness or collar leash rings is too small and we can only fit one of the two rings through, but my dog is 22 pounds and has a large chest, so the rings on her harness may be larger than other dogs his size . The velcro straps work well, the fit is good, it doesn't ride up over the head which is great for a dog who isn't used to wearing clothes. Excellent purchase
