I am not interested in this item at all but I bought it for my husband and he loves it so the stars are from him. It came flat. Even though it swelled up in a few days, it's still too soft to provide much support. It's not difficult at all. However, the fabric is soft and I think it's great if you're looking for something soft and soft. If you're looking for something solid that will hold its shape well, this probably won't work for you. When it's hanging on our bed and nobody uses it, there's a dent at the top where there's no padding because it fell through. I find it ugly and useless and would give it two stars. My husband finds it comfortable and soft. To each his own, I think.
