Ahh I love this! I bought this to wear around the house. It's all the comfort of a skirt, with none of the inconvenience. It comes up to about right above the ankle (I have super short legs) so I expect for most people it will come to about midcalf as pictured. The elastic around the waist is generous and the fabric is super soft just like I expect modal to be (all of my lounge wear is modal). The construction is very solid. I checked the seams and everything is done neatly and wrapped extra secure.
