I have ordered two of these. You sent very quickly. One of the items is being returned. The wires weren't twisted like the others. The metal case was scratched on both sides. Both suitcases were dented from above. It wasn't electrically connected as the ends of the wires were still straight. I connected the wires and installed the LEDs. The lights are very bright. I then fitted a second ballast and it also worked as expected. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the appearance of a ballast. I expected them to be wrapped in plastic.
