Very well packaged. I bought it critically from the start because I don't like the texture of the snakeskin, but it looked classy against the white background. The hard outer box protects against crushing and opens like a gift, the satin pouch inside contains a wallet. I pulled it out and was already impressed with the packaging and presentation, but once I tucked it under my arm it was so comfortable. It hung perfectly on my shoulder and was tucked under my arm from the side as if hugging my chest. I have a big long wallet. This and my phone fit in there, but no more. And because of my fat wallet, everything got lumpy. I admired this bag for several days, each time putting it back in the satin bag as a ritual. When I finally got it back, I realized that I can't carry an empty bag just because it seems like an extension of my body. I hope someone else can love it. That is beautiful. If you have a small wallet I would recommend this bag. It's really cute
