Zero stars for heating, cooling and air quality

I have bought these AprilAire filters every few years. I bought a box last year, used one and saved the other for this season. Yesterday I tried to use the second filter but the second filter is too small and doesn't fit my 500 Aprilaire humidifier. I'm really glad that a few months ago I was smart enough to buy a box to have on hand, so I had to use one from a new box. The color of the top of the filter was yellow last year, this year it's black just in case.
