Review on STM Must Stash Organizational Stm 931 188Z 05 by Tammy Strinden

Hey, I don't like this bag or company. The bag looks thin and poorly sewn. The bag I received (see picture) has a thin piece of material inside on both sides, the stitching holding this material in place has been untied. Brand new with a QC sticker and the stitching is untied. I contacted stm for a replacement and they have offered me a mild response about filing a warranty claim and the fine print is the likely cost of return postage. So you pay for return shipping to send it back because it's damaged right away and then they charge you to send a replacement. Three shipping costs for a $20 bag if I want to replace it is cleaning. I will repair it by hand, but I don't have to for a brand new item.
