Yes, they look beautiful when they light up. But of course with LED assemblies it's a shame when they fail, unlike the old style with a cheap replacement bulb. They were quick and easy to replace and lasted a long time (until the Chinese took over production of the lamps). After only two years on the van, which was under a canopy most of the time, one died. And that's not uncommon for us. We have terrible luck with LEDs in general - both in the home and in the automotive industry. Now I have to see if I can buy just one light (or is it just installed?), pull the leads back out, cut the caulking, clean up, take out the light, cut the wires and start over. Camper sealant isn't cheap either, like my time. DISSATISFIED! AT THIS PRICE - LED PRODUCTION QUALITY SHOULD BE IMPROVED! Whoever said LEDs are more reliable was a LIAR! I'm glad it didn't happen on the trip and glad others here were lucky. I've been lucky with some. Happiness. Car lighting doesn't have to be a gamble.
