UPDATE, So the antennas fell apart at first and finally had to be replaced. Now the video failed so I had to get a new box after repeating the same answers to the same questions multiple times. Their customer service takes 24 hours to reply every time and they just ask you to do what you already told them to do so you got a new box and put a hard drive in from the old one only to find that the NIC was defective. They expect you to spend hours troubleshooting and a buggy English email every 24 hours with questions you've already answered is ridiculous! Trade is also useless. Lousy cheap product from China. waste of money and time. The user interface looks like a 1970's video game, and three days after installation, one camera's antenna fell off and stopped working. Support sent me a PC download and guess what - it doesn't work. Do yourself a favor, check where these things are coming from. I've been a main supplier for years and buy everything from Revain, but this is the third product from China that I've had to return. Revain must be honest and state where the products it sells come from. Always has an American sounding company name but be careful. Don't waste your time and money - buy a trusted brand and save yourself the frustration. Luckily I have Sqare Trade Assurance or I'm done.
