The bag is WONDERFUL! Color and finish are exactly as expected. The inner lining of the bag is a nice detail. The low rating is for the wheel/handle and lock only. The telescoping handle on wheels feels like the plastic will snap at the slightest impact. I do not believe that the attached media contains durable materials. The lock is really meaningless, just decorative. I forced it open without even realizing it was locked. However, only the front pocket is closed. I love this bag and am very glad I have it, but don't buy it for the lock or the wheels.
