The easy integration with Google Apps makes this service extremely useful for all my business needs - email marketing campaigns are one such example which I use frequently as part of my workday routine (and at home too). It's very intuitive and straight forward process once set up correctly but there can be some initial confusion around how everything works together. This should not deter anyone from using their services though because they have excellent customer support who will help walk through anything that may come along during setup or usage if needed. We've been able to automate many administrative tasks within Gmail so we don't need multiple people accessing them simultaneously anymore allowing us more time spent working directly instead.
