Mouse shape Extremely uncomfortable for small hands

Buttons stop working after a year; however, have determined that this product is not a suitable replacement. The shape change from previous 12-button Razer mice means I can't access the functions of the three buttons I use most. Compared to the 2014 Naga when my hand rested on keys 10, 11 and 12, my thumb can now barely reach keys 7, 8 and 9 in the same position. The new shape, while the top of the mouse is now curved forward and no longer under the palm, also forces my hand into an unnatural position that cramps and makes the mouse very uncomfortable to use. In terms of functionality, I expect it will continue to work as well as my old mouse, but as I can't use the product for more than five minutes at a time I'm not sure of its durability. Setting up to play/use a mouse was also a huge pain. Razer Synapse does not know a product exists even after it has been registered under warranty under the account Synapse is linked to. After completely cleaning and reloading my computer of all Razer software, the mouse finally worked and became programmable, but in the process it unregistered my keyboard and all other Razer hardware, forcing me to re-key everything install and reprogram. Finally, I do not recommend this product for people with small hands. I think that in trying to create a product that combines several different sidebars/faces, they gave up the integrity that allowed three separate mice to function and be used in a comfortable way.

Pros
  • 25% faster than competitive wireless mice: Razer HyperSpeed wireless technology combines ultra-low latency and interference suppression for true wireless freedom
Cons
  • Almost never
