I had to improvise and attach the balloons to the top because the top edge was cut off horribly! It was a great pain in the eyes. I had to use three wraps to achieve this "fullness", also part of the fringe stuck together as if it hadn't been cut at all. As if 4 strands of fringe were completely fused into one. The adhesive that is left is very strong, I was impressed at first, by the time it came time to remove it it ripped the paint off my wall :/ will probably be going to my local party town next time. The price reflects the value
