I had to return this item because it was too small. I thought a width of 31.5 inches would be enough to keep my arms tucked in while sleeping on my back, but that's not the case. If you have 20 inch shoulders like me, your arms will fall out to the side and you will feel uncomfortable if your arms are lower than your shoulders (which is kind of counterintuitive). And since there doesn't seem to be anything wider that fits a full-size 52-inch-wide mattress, maybe I'd be better off just buying a queen-size bed wedge and having a tailor cut it to fit the size. A mattress of this size (I'm a little surprised nobody makes wedges for anything other than twins, queens and kings). But I'm not giving a few stars for that reason (it would be a bit unfair really). how expensive it was to send the damn thing back. The way this wedge was packaged had to be machined to fit the box it came in; Once it finishes, it will NOT come back. Seriously, even UPS couldn't do that. And because of that I had to pay $13 out of my own pocket to send it back. Also, it's very good quality. The part of my body that stayed on the wedge was comfortable and definitely didn't move while you slept on it. You might want to look elsewhere if you need a wider bed for a comfortable night's sleep.
