Many hours on the computer during Covid I noticed my eyes hurt from the blue light of the computer screen, eyestrain, blurred vision and even a headache, poor sleep… I have this clip Bought. which goes well with my current glasses. After a few days of use my eyes feel much better. Reduced symptoms of eye strain and blurred vision. After two weeks the headaches are gone and sleep is better. The two clamps came with two very thin black hard cases and two clean cloths. one clip is amber, the other light gray. The amber tone seems to be better for the computer and makes the screen brighter. The light gray clip is photochromic, I find it good to use as sunglasses in the summer. I recommend these two glasses that can be used both indoors and outdoors!
