We bought this in October 2019 as a birthday present for our grandson. This is a fun and amazing product BUT the screen went blank a week ago. We are certain that this is a problem with the cable to the headset. We have repeatedly attempted to contact Sony regarding this issue. We receive a message that support is currently unavailable (May 2020). We understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and we can understand BUT what about an email address where we can report an issue so our warranty doesn't expire before we can resolve the issue. Come on Sony; They are a HUGE company! Please give us an email address! We paid a lot of money for this VR. We are retired and on a steady income. Due to the death of our sons three years ago, we are raising our two grandchildren. PLEASE HELP US WITH IT!
