Although the watch was purchased to track activity, its sensors have stopped working, rendering the device worthless. Since there is no service center in the area, it will take from 45 business days for the package to be delivered to the next closest service center (according to experience - 4 months). Given the feedback, sending in the request to the customer service center is pointless. For more than ten years, I've been using Samsung products, ranging from tablets to various electronic devices, and this is the first time I've had such a letdown from the brand. I would advise against it, and you should preserve both your nerves and your money.
