Review on πŸ”Š Optimized ZVOX AV200 TV Speaker Technology by Brent Peterson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great if you're having trouble understanding your voice due to sound effects and music!

It's been almost a month now, I was concerned about some people having outages but customer service assured me they had a bad batch of speakers that were being fixed. Good product! Does exactly what I wanted, I have a hard time separating speech from background noise - I can hear speech but can't understand the words. This article is great for that! It has 4 settings: -P1 normal -P2 voice boost a little -P3 surround sound -ACCU -full AccuVoice algorithms for hearing aids "P2 voice boost a little" was fantastic for me, just enough to understand the words but not such a change that everyone else will notice. I no longer have to turn on the TV to understand the words. I know it works as I accidentally set it to 'normal' for about an hour, at the end of the hour I turned up the volume and I was still having issues. Put it back on P2 and turn it back off and you'll be fine. I can see if my hearing is deteriorating with the Accuvoice setting, but others in the room will notice a difference (really encourages voices, skips everything else and sounds a little odd). One tip is that you can program it to use a regular volume and volume remote control. that works great. You can also program the power button to turn on or off. Skip this part, the soundbar will turn off automatically when the sound stops. When you turn it back on, the TV will turn on by itself. This way you are never "out of sync" (TV on, soundbar off or vice versa). This can be a bit pricey but worth it if you have hearing problems!
