Review on 🌿 Schmidt's Natural Deodorant, Ylang-Ylang + Calendula 3.25 oz (Pack of 2): Natural Odor Protection with a Soothing Scent by Marcus Reed

First off, let me say that I LOVE this stuff in general and would normally give it 5 stars. It works better for me than any commercial antiperspirant/deodorant, even a heavy one. Here's the trick to using this (and any other) natural deodorant - reapply. In the hot summer months it has to be refilled at least once, maybe twice a day - for example in the middle of the day and again before going to bed. Other than that, I have ZERO odor for 24 hours and nothing but sticky (and often dry) bones. Even in theme parks, campgrounds, the beach, etc. My boxes smell like spas. However, this order gets 1 star from me. What I like most about this scent is that it is feminine, comfortable and lasts all day. Imagine my surprise when I open it and it smells funny - the best I can think of to describe it is the smell of paper or plastic. So if you order it here and you don't like it, try to get it locally. The best I can guess is that the stock here is old or maybe an unscented product that was mislabelled. i will send it back
