I would not recommend as a daily scrub as advertised - you can exfoliate too much and make your skin worse! I still have hormonal/acne prone skin and have been told that adding a mild physical scrub to my treatment can help. I don't have very sensitive skin to products, but in my case, scrubs should not be used daily or every other day. I've found I use this maybe once a week, which is perfect. I'm not sure if this product alone is helping me fight my acne, but I feel like it helps my acne medication (topical) penetrate deeper into my skin. I don't particularly like the feel of my skin on my face. after washing off the product - I feel like my skin has been stripped of natural oils and is just craving moisture! I make sure to apply an extra layer of moisturizer after use. That's one of the reasons I don't use it that often. I still use it at least once a week in the shower on my body where I have uneven skin - in a few months I've noticed an improvement in the condition of my shoulders. This product is affordable, the smell is mild, it is thick and smooth. Consistency, slightly foamy when mixed with water. A little definitely makes a big difference - I use a large pea-sized amount. Image to add that the product labeling has changed. The left side was purchased in June 2020 and the right side in October 2020. Both were tape sealed along the tube and outside so there was nothing to worry about.
