Unlike any other Bluetooth printer ever made, the printer requires a special app to be downloaded in order to connect to the printer. The app is no longer kept up to date and is therefore not compatible with modern phone software. Ideally, you have to connect to the application every time you want to print a new label (this is already absurd), as it disconnects after each print. You then need to download the shipping label as a PDF file and upload it to the app, then print it out, reconnect and repeat for the next label. However, the app stops working and automatically disconnects from the printer when you leave the connection screen, so you automatically disconnect when you try to print something and then the app freezes. A quick search through the reviews on the forums, YouTube and in the application itself reveals that this is a problem that everyone has and has been around for a year. So if you're considering this because it supports Bluetooth, don't. Get another printer. I can't tell if the USB feature works or not as I haven't tried it. I bought it because of its main function, printing via Bluetooth, which it cannot.
