The product is terrible, much below my expectations.

They eat up 40% of the charge in an hour, the noise reduction does not work, the service center that receives the headphones is located in Solntsevo and only works on weekdays from 9 to 18. Accordingly, it will not work, since my working day is the same, and taking a day off is not profitable and will not be released , total disappointment in LG. Perhaps this is a marriage, but there is no time to find out. And even more so to go to Solntsevo! Screenshots of correspondence with LG
