My dog is a rescue from a situation where he spent an entire year inside a cage. I am struggling with house training and deconditioning him from some of his fears. He is unsure whether the outside is a safe place. Someone suggested artificial grass to help get him used to the outdoors. I thought it was worth a try but this grass has no resemblance to outdoor grass. This is kind of scratchy with a chemical smell.I don’t think it’s going to help my dog. I tried putting it in front of the kitchen door but the door won’t open and close over it because it is thick and stiff. I suppose I could try it on the patio but it really is not pleasing aesthetically.This came folded in a box and the packaging seemed to be sufficient.
