Bought for my mother who has Rheumatoid Arthritis. When she has an attack, her iPad becomes too heavy for her. This is a sturdy and easy to assemble floor stand. Perfect when she is sitting in her chair and wants to read, watch a movie or play a game. The only complaint I have is that the actual iPad holder can be a bit wider than the tablet. With her iPad in a case, the device barely fits in. With a little maneuvering it stays in place. Removing an iPad from its case is routinely too difficult and painful. Just a little more depth on those edge pieces would have made it perfect. If your iPad is not in a case, everything is fine.
