it comes with a 1/4" hole punch 2 assembly tool When I ordered I was under the impression that grommets are measured on the inner diameter of the grommet which means a hole usrbla. This is the diameter of the hole you will cut in the material. live and learn These grommets have a 3/16 inner hole and a 1/4 outer hole the size you will be cutting into your tarp or canvas.
