Silky, Shiny and Smooth

It was so shiny and smooth it was difficult to cut the same strips I was trying to make. If you want it as tissue paper for gift bags, that's no problem. As for the manufacturing issue, I would consider your project before purchasing. You get a decent amount with this package.
