Definitely a nice wig for the inexpensive price. SOAK IN CONDITIONER, OR OTHER SYNTHETIC FIBER SAFE SOFTENER. It will help immensely with the texture and preventing bad tangling. I soaked mine in a gallon or so of water mixed with maybe a fourth cup of conditioner. Add a little bit of water to the conditioner first and mix to help it disperse evenly into the bowl/pot of water. I soaked mine for about 8 hours, mostly because I forgot, but I bet you could be fine with 4. Then rinse thoroughly with COOL water. If you used warm or hot water to wash this wig, it will relax the curls too much. I used cool water all the way through, and it retained a lot of it's curl/wavyness even after brushing. Very little shedding, surprisingly, all through the washing/soaking and brushing process. You may need to trim the bangs a little, but that's fairly normal on new wigs, it's so you can adjust the bang length to fit your head. Angle your scissors UP into the bangs, a fourth of an inch at a time and clip away gradually if you need to do this.Overall good wig for it's price, definitely great for cosplay or other needs on a budget!
