Review on Protect Your IPhone 11 Pro With LifeProof FRE SERIES Waterproof Case In BLACK by Erica Houlf

The Lifeproof FRE has been my go to case for all of my iPhones for the last decade. Like others have stated, this new case is absolute garbage.1) The dial is hard to use2) the screen protector has bubbles NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. I've gone through three different cases trying to get it to work. Customer service at life proof? NOPE, about as good as the quality of the case.3) The hatch-style cover for the charging port is GONE, instead replaced with a flap/ low durometer o-ring (very soft and easy to tear) that WILL fail VERY VERY quickly. (trust me, I'm an engineer)After wasting hours with customer support (they were zero help), this case is being returned as defective and a Pelican Marine Case has replaced it. The more important question is, why did Lifeproof feel the need to screw up a good thing?
