The first thing I want to say about this desktop is that it's a fairly small desktop that's great for an office. You can install a low-profile graphics card if you need a more powerful GPU. It comes with a slide out DVD drive and you need to pull the tray out all the way. It reads and burns DVDs. It comes with 12 GB of RAM, however only 11.8 can be used and the rest has to be used for the integrated GPU. One thing I found interesting is that there are only two types of ports: VGA and HDMI. No display port or DVI connection. You won't get the best video quality on VGA with this, and I recommend using the HDMI connection. The process is nice and fast, but one thing that really makes me think this product is bad is that the operating system is installed on a hard drive, not an SSD. I'm not sure if this happened by accident, but the manufacturer put Windows 10 on the HDD and placed the SSD as a "DATA" drive. Upon opening, I saw that the SSD was an M2 drive. I found this to be a very poor design as I want an SSD to be my primary drive to allow for faster boot times. I'm not sure if it was an installation error, but in my eyes it was very important. Because of this, the desktop is very slow. It takes a while, and even then it takes time to warm up. You constantly hear the operation of the hard drive. I will most likely try to clone data to this M2 drive. There are two USB 3.0 ports and a headphone jack on the front. No internal speakers, no monitor included. I would recommend if you are using it as a desktop to get a monitor with built in speakers to keep clutter to a minimum. The device feels a bit sluggish with the drive it's running on. There is built-in Wi-Fi at 2.4 or 5 GHz. I'd say it has enough USB to support a mouse, keyboard, and two other things (most likely a printer or webcam). If you want more, you need an adapter. Keyboard and mouse feel very cheap. Mouse sensitivity is terrible even for a desktop. The keyboard feels very flimsy and I don't even recommend using it. Honestly, it's better to buy different ones. The malware installed on it really slows down startup and I had to get rid of it. Overall I think it's a good size, but the installation was poorly done, which badly affects the PC's performance.
