I was wondering how the velcro straps would hold up as I tend to tighten my skates as tightly as possible. In less than 2 months of use, the straps began to separate a little at the junction of the male and female parts of the Velcro and soon after, I broke one of the straps. I've added tape where velcro meets and haven't had any issues for the past 6 months. Now I only use 1 strap per leg and have an extra one in case I break another one. The design makes them great. The axle is adjustable on the skates with an Allen wrench, so I was able to adjust its travel. The wheels are phenomenal. They last a long time. The ride on the 125mm wheels is great. If you're used to riding smaller wheels, you'll be impressed by how well they absorb bumps and bad roads. The bearings are good. The boots are comfortable but it took a while before I stopped getting blisters. Overall super happy with this purchase.
