You will definitely get what is shown in the photo.

I bought a henna design and I love the way it looks and feels. I didn't give it five stars because it has so little space - basically just my debit card and ID. There isn't even room for a third card or cash. Although to wear a minimum it's great. If, like me, you often have to carry other things around like you're an SSI or something, you still need a good old fashioned wallet.
