firstly I did not receive this item free of charge for review or other compensation. That being said I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised by this under cabinet lighting set. I bought this for our cabin, a very simple setup with five lights to cover about 5ft of countertop/sink. I think the LEDs are bright enough. I really like the quality of the light. The color of the light is absolutely warm, if someone did not know that they are LED, one would assume that they are halogen bulbs. I think what impressed me the most is that these LEDs do not flicker at all, whether at full power or dimmed with the remote. I've noticed that some inexpensive LED bulbs have poor/harsh light, which you can see if you record the light in slow motion with your phone. Some low-quality LEDs flicker, which is very noticeable when playing in slow motion. The LEDs in this set do not flicker at all when recording/playing back in slow motion. It is great! Installation was pretty easy. You'll have to live with a transformer and a cord coming out of the outlet, but that doesn't make much of a difference to my setup. The remote works well for dimming. There are some functions on the remote that I don't understand why anyone would use them (e.g. there are some settings where the LEDs blink/blink, which is pretty pointless) but you can just ignore them. Either way, it's a good value. for a decent LED lighting under the cabinet.
