Excellent points! They block blue light. My eyes are more relaxed when wearing them in front of screens and my 9 year old also notices the difference. They are great for hours of virtual learning. They also seem to help me sleep better when I wear them at night while watching TV or on my computer/tablet/phone before bed. Since my 9 year old has been wearing them I feel like sleeping at night has become easier. They are comfortable to wear, look stylish and are available in several colors.
