Can be adjusted to length which is great for short people like me.
Not crazy about the light weight part. The strings are too thin and light weight to do anything other then basic jump roping.

- I truly love my ropes. They are so cute and light weight. And work for me.
Cons
- I was able to cut the wire to fit my height but you need wire cutters.
