Just received the pillow today and was impressed at how it took its larger size out of the box. But I tried fluff and couldn't get rid of the chemical smell the pillow has, even after putting an extra pillowcase on top. It's also a bit soft for my taste. I will give it a week as others have written that the smell goes away and I want to see how it lasts after a few days. If warranted I will come back and edit my review but for now it will be returned. After a few days, the smell will definitely go away. It's still there, but not as strong. I've upped my rating to three stars and will probably keep the pillow although I would have liked it to be a little firmer.
