what is the meaning? Just didn't work AT ALL
I approached this product by following the instructions. To be honest, my eye makeup, which is NOT a ton (trust me), just didn't budge. It was like applying water and we all know it doesn't remove anything. Big disappointment. And I can't drive anymore, so going to UPS with Lyft to get a refund isn't cost effective. DOUBLE loss (for me)
