Review on EMP Trust HR by David Fields

I like that it can be used to track applicants from day one through their entire employment process with ease! It's easy enough so even my non-tech savvy employees are able use this system without any problems at ALL!! The only thing about EmpTrustHR which could potentially improve would have been more templates available in order allow us greater customization options when creating our own custom fields/forms (which we do not currently utilize). We've had great success using emptrusthr as well has other systems such as ADP Recruitment Solutions or Vantage Workforce Management Systems but nothing compares quite yet compared side them both combined together. Tracking resumes & applications across multiple departments within your organization while also allowing you access via mobile devices makes managing hiring processes much easier than ever before. !
